The day begins with relaxed coworking\, giving you the chance to settle in\, find your flow\, and enjoy the benefits of working alongside others in a calm\, inspiring environment. \nAt midday\, we’ll pause for a special Lunch & Learn workshop led by a qualified therapist. This session will explore practical ways to support your wellbeing at work\, offering simple techniques and grounded\, professional insight that you can apply to your daily routine. The workshop is approachable\, reflective and designed to help you reset\, whether you’re managing a busy workload\, looking to build healthier habits\, or simply needing some breathing space in your day. \nBefore and after the workshop\, the coworking space remains open for you to work along likeminded people from the workshop. You’re welcome to return to your tasks\, reflect on what you’ve learned\, or simply enjoy a slower\, more mindful work environment. \nThis event blends the benefits of community\, focus and learning and offers a supportive pause right when you need it most.
