Take a gentle break with a reflective workshop and time with a therapist, designed to help you reset and support your mental health.
Take a break from your usual routine and enjoy a refreshing change of pace in our welcoming coworking space to celebrate World Mental Health Day. The day begins with relaxed coworking, giving you the chance to settle in, find your flow, and enjoy the benefits of working alongside others in a calm, inspiring environment.
At midday, we’ll pause for a special Lunch & Learn workshop led by a qualified therapist. This session will explore practical ways to support your wellbeing at work, offering simple techniques and grounded, professional insight that you can apply to your daily routine. The workshop is approachable, reflective and designed to help you reset, whether you’re managing a busy workload, looking to build healthier habits, or simply needing some breathing space in your day.
Before and after the workshop, the coworking space remains open for you to work along likeminded people from the workshop. You’re welcome to return to your tasks, reflect on what you’ve learned, or simply enjoy a slower, more mindful work environment.
