Negotiation is a process centred on a discussion that is intended to produce an agreement. Negotiating involves issues of ego, leveraging, saving face, being right, and compromise.
Negotiation is an essential skill in getting more from your relationships with customers and suppliers. Good sales negotiation skills might add 5 to 10% to your sales revenues. Good buying negotiation might save 5 to 10% from bought-in products and services. All of these add directly to your bottom line.

These two workshops will introduce the most important aspects of negotiation, including your (and your counterpart’s) position, the way that the negotiation is approached and the timing. These are a bigger influence on success than anything else.
Attendees will finish the two negotiation workshops with a clear understanding of how to prepare for negotiation and tactics for face-to-face negotiation.
