We are celebrating a summer of growth after adding three newly refurbished offices suites to our Broadstone Mill location. These new offices are available from September and each one is approximately 450 square feet
SBIC is currently home to 66 businesses, employing more than 150 people. Offices vary in size from 100 to 1,000 square feet, providing space for 1 to 15 employees, so whether you are just starting out or are looking for somewhere to grow your existing team the centre has the right solution for you.
In fact, we have been helping many businesses to escape their home office and to set up a flexible and affordable work office.
Chris Pimlott, Managing Director of MyBuzz Technologies, started his company two years ago from his back bedroom. After looking for a small office space in order to grow his business, Chris found excellent facilities here as well as a strong support network.

Gareth Chadwick, Managing Director of Wordsworks Copywriting, has also benefited from SBIC facilities. He began hot desking from the centre and as the business grew, he moved into a shared office space, followed quickly by a small dedicated office and now into a larger office.

Businesses can also take advantage of the various business support seminars and workshops that take place at the centre.
